Návrh zástavby rozvojové plochy v Ostravě-Nové Bělé

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor is the prepation of a complex study regarding buildable area of Ostrava-Nová Bělá, which is marked B242 in the current zoning plan and is listed as a buildable area used for living in detached houses. The solved area is located in the southeastern part of the city district and is bordered by Na Šancích, street, plots no. 304/4 and 306 and buildings on Petrovských and Mitrovická streets.

The development study was prepared for the purpose of a suitable arrangement of land for individual housing and the location of the public areas. 3 suitable variants of the solution were proposed, from which the most suitable variant for more detailed processing was selected using objective analysis. The selected design is further extended by drawings of technical infrastructure, transport infrastructure and visualization of the design.

During the elaboration of the proposal, emphasis was placed on the overal urban composition, respecting all limits and other legislative restrictions that resulted from the analysis of the current state of the area.
