Návrh metody zpracování projekce cash-flow podniku při projektovém financování projektů v průmyslových podnicích v návaznosti na jejich věcný a časový průběh

Abstract

This dissertation is focused on the interconnection of project management, financing of small and medium-sized industrial companies (their working capital) and basic management methods and decision-making techniques. The conception of this research is focused on the interconnection of network analysis of concurrently running projects in industrial companies (more processors), which is financed by one ordering party utilizing a software model with the project method of tolling combined with project financing. • The main objective of this dissertation is the proposal of a functional model of the interconnection of the network model of an investment plan with a deterministic approach and construction model CPM with project financing of working capital for selected projects using the method of project financing and the combination of tolling and project financing. • The secondary objective is to verify the proposed model of the projection and management of cash-flow for already implemented projects using available relevant data. Both the main and secondary objectives of this dissertation were verified by the processed model of interconnecting two specific and one fictitious concurrently running projects in MS Project and manifested that this model is functional.
