Abstract

Heating solution and ventilation of sanitary rooms in an administrative building with a heat source – ground/water heat pump, alternative solution – gas condensing boiler in Ostrava-Přívoz, 2023. Diploma thesis, VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Building Environment and Building Services.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of heating and ventilation of sanitary rooms of an administrative building. In this building, a ground/water heat pump serves as the primary heat source, with a variant solution in the form of a gas condensing boiler. The diploma thesis is designed as project documentation for the implementation of a construction project within the technical equipment of buildings, with a subsequent focus on heating and ventilation in accordance with applicable standards and requirements.

The administrative building is designed from brick blocks and situated on a level. It is a non-basement building with three above-ground floors. Heating is provided by a combination of floor heating in the 1st floor and radiators in the 2nd and 3rd floors. Constant pressure ventilation will take place in bursts only in sanitary rooms.

The diploma thesis contains an assessment of the technical properties of the structures, an energy label for the building envelope, a certificate of the building's energy efficiency, a calculation of the building's heat losses and a basic economic evaluation of heat sources and a theoretical part.
