Abstract
This bachelor thesis aims at assessing the social risk of potential accidents of tanks in
the vicinity of my place of residence. Risk zones connected with road transport have been
modelled by means of two softwares. The results have been used for the proposal of
informing the public about the advisable conduct in case of serious accidents of road tanks for
the area of 17 listopadu street in Ostrava-Poruba.
