Pakt stability a růstu – optimální fiskální pravidlo?

Abstract

The goal of my thesis is an application of circumstances of optimal fiscal rule at the Stability and Growth Pact and an evaluation of their performance. The thesis is divided into several chapters. The preliminary chapter is dedicated to the fiscal policy and it´s aspects of functioning. The particular subheads meet us more properly with the fiscal imbalance and the fiscal rules. The content of the next chapter is to describe the function of the fiscal policy in the EU and especially existence of the fiscal rule called the Stability and Growth Pact. The last chapter combines content of the previous chapters and focuses on the application of circumstances of fiscal rules on Stability and Growth Pact and their evaluation.
