Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the process of establishing a company in the field of air conditioning.

The aim of this thesis is setting up a company based on the practical application of theoretical - methodological basis.

The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on definitions of basic concepts such as enterprise, entrepreneurship, entrepreneur, etc. a description of the various legal forms of business and the definition of small and medium sized businesses, focusing on the advantages and disadvantages of different types of businesses.

In the practical part had been chosen the appropriate legal form of business in the business sector and analyzed its administrative, financial and time demands on the legal form and the very foundation of the company. PEST analysis was performed on specific industries and found that the industry in the Moravian-Silesian Region has growth potential despite the current recession, this area of human development, economic and natural potential.

It has been suggested establishing a limited liability company and is administratively part of the dish based Klimasystém Ostrava, s.r.o.
