The principle of this bachelor thesis is the completion of project documentation for a panel house building permit. This building consists of a basement (below ground) and three floors (above ground), with an attic and a flat roof. The entire building is made of a brick cladding system. In the technical part, I further describe the technological process of the implementation, in this case footings. Also included is itemized budget for foundation constructions, timetable of erection of foundations and a technical report of the building site equipment, including the situation of the building site equipment.
