Analýza konkurence vybrané společnosti

Abstract

The subject matter of the present diploma thesis is an analysis of a selected company competition in the Moravian-Silesian Region using the Porter´s Five Forces Analysis. The firt part is devoted to the theory and comprises an introduction on the competition issues. In the next section, the nature of the selected company is described, followed by an application of the analysis. The conclusion consists of the output of the analyses as well as some recommendations for enhancing competitiveness.
