Motivace zaměstnanců příspěvkové organizace

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis "Employee Motivation in Contributory Organization" is to evaluate the methods and tools used by Moravskoslezský Region Road Administration, Frýdek-Místek centre, for motivation, evaluation, and remuneration of its employees. Using a questionnaire survey, the thesis tries to find out what the employees are satisfied with, what they consider important for their work and what kind of benefits they prefer. Based on the results, proposals and recommendations for improving the employees' motivation are mentioned in the final chapter.
