Strategická analýza

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza dopadů finanční a hospodářské krize na oblast zaměstnanců, tedy nákladů na zaměstnance a následně způsoby jejich snižování. Jako metoda analyzování dané problematiky byla vybrána forma dotazníkového šetření, kde byly otázky zaměřené na oblast krize a samozřejmě také na již zmíněné zaměstnanecké náklady. Výzkum byl proveden především ve firmách Olomouckého kraje, ale jsou zde zahrnuty i údaje firem z jiných měst (např. Ostrava, Kroměříž, atd.). Diplomová práce představuje teoretická východiska rizika a jeho následného vyústění do krizové situace. Pro potřeby analýzy jsou zde rozebrány použité statistické metody, které napomáhají nashromážděná vyhodnotit a z toho jsou vyvozeny určité závěry. Samotná aplikační část je sestavena jednak ze zhodnocení podnikatelského prostředí v České republice v době krize – jedná se o růst DPH, míru inflace a míru nezaměstnanosti - a v neposlední řadě také z vyhodnocování dotazníků, který byl pro tento účel sestaven. Součástí práce jsou i další statistické výpočty, které mohou sloužit ke zjišťování pravděpodobnosti výskytu odpovědí u větších souborů než jaký byl v této práci použit.

The subject of this thesis is to analyze the impact of the financial and economic crisis on the employees so staff costs and then ways of reducing them. As a method of analyzing this issue were selected by questionnaire where the questions of the crisis and of course the make reference of employment costs. Research was conducted primarily in companies of the Olomouc region, but also includes business data from other cities (eg, Ostrava, Kroměříž, etc.). Diploma thesis presents theoretical risk, and its subsequent outcome to the crisis. For analysis are discussed the statistical methods that help assess and collected, they are drawn some conclusions. Application itself is made up of both the appreciation of the business environment in the Czech Republic in times of crisis - it is the growth of VAT, inflation and unemployment - and last but not least, the evaluation questionnaires, which were established for this purpose. The work also contains other statistical calculations, which may serve to identify the likelihood of response for larger files than what was used in this work.
