Investiční rozhodování

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku předložení souborů výpočtů ekonomických ukazatelů a doporučení, na jejichž základě bude investor rozhodovat o reálnosti doplnění třídící linky na brambory o vybraná koncová zařízení. V úvodní části je rozebrána teoretická část zabývající se investicemi. Dále je uvedena aplikační část rozebírající představení podniku, ekonomickou analýzu, financování projektu a výsledky analýzy. Pozornost je věnována i návrhům a doporučením zkoumaného investičního záměru.

The bachelor thesis treats the problem of the set of calculations of the economic indicators and recommendations on the basis of the investor to decide on the feasibility of complete sorting lines of potatoes on the selected terminal equipment. The first part is analyzed theoretical part dealing with investments. A part of the thesis is application part that analyzes the performance of the business, economic analysis, financing and results of the analysis. Attention is paid to the suggestions and recommendations of the analysis of the investment project.
