Posouzení rizik při evakuaci osob s omezeným pohybem z domova seniorů

Abstract

The thesis content is focused on risk assessment for the evacuation of people with limited mobility from a senior citizens’ home. The main part generally describes an emergency and building evacuation with a following description and character of a senior citizens’ home. It was necessary to perform an analysis which determined potential emergency risks of the building in question. In order to find out the risk rate it was necessary to assess individual risks, their consequences and also the rate of their potential detection. Based on the results a necessary measure was derived in order to eliminate individual risks. The following part of the thesis is focused on various emergencies to which necessary safety measures were proposed. This part is followed by evaluation of the current condition of the evacuation plan and proposals for its enhancement.
