The content of this thesis is to elaborate the technological process of realization of masonry of peripheral structures and the project documentation of a three-storey, unsupported apartment building. The apartment house will be used to rent future housing units upon completion. The building will be located in the area of Opava – Předměstí on plot no. 2349/35, cadastral area Opava – Předměstí 711578.
