Abstract
The main theme of this bachelor thesis is to describe the individual properties, which are placed on the exciter control circuits or power transistors. Will the typical applications and integrated participation of real exciters. It will also be carried out design and implementation of a separate module that contains drivers CONCEPT company, and DUAL SCALE Driver 2SD106AI and subsequent test of the drivers, protection functions and practical use in switching power transistor.
