Abstract

This work deals with analyzing of the competitive situation of the industrial company in the market of the automotive industry. The aim of this thesis is to perform a market analysis of Auto Heller company and propose strategic measures to support the further development of the surveyed company. Firstly theoretical bases will be collected, which are dealing with the assessment of the market situation. Subsequently, the situation of automotive industry in the Czech Republic will be analyzed. Then, the main competitors of this company will be identified and the Auto Heller company will be analyzed itself, based on the analysis of the competitive power of this company.
