Bytový dům s kancelářemi

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby dle vyhlášky 499/2006 Sb. ve znění novely č. 62/2013 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb. Bakalářská práce obsahuje textovou část, v rámci, které je vypracována průvodní zpráva, technická zpráva architektonicko-stavebního řešení, statické posouzení monolitické železobetonové desky a přílohy tepelně technického posudku střechy dle ČSN 730540-2 (2011). Dále práce obsahuje výkresovou část. Podkladem pro vypracování bakalářské práce byla studie zpracována v předmětu Projekt I a Projekt II. Řešená stavba bytového domu je umístěna ve městě Opava. Novostavba bytového domu představuje samostatně stojící objekt o třech nadzemních podlaží.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction according to the Decree 499/2006 Coll., as amended by the amendment No. 62/2013 Coll., on documentation of buildings. The bachelor thesis contains a text part within which an accompanying report, a technical report of the architectural-construction solution, a static assessment of the monolithic reinforced concrete slab and annexes of the thermal technical assessment of the roof according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011) are prepared. The thesis also contains a drawing part. The basis for the preparation of the bachelor thesis was a study prepared in the subject Project I and Project II. The construction of the apartment building in question is located in the city of Opava. The new construction of the apartment building is a detached building with three floors.
