Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the safe operation issues of the shooting range in property of 112. ZO. AVZO TSČ ČR p.s., while shooting out of the shooting place during a competition of IPSC type. First part of this thesis focuses on description of current security, prevention and technical precautions of safe shooting and also current operation extent of the shooting range. The second part analyzes the IPSC issues, including the demands on a shooter and a shooting range and other important information for understanding the problems of the IPSC shooting type. In the last part, the methods for the risk identification and appraisal are used. They appears when the shooting is shooted out of the shooting place. This part also comes with the concept of new safety precautions to make the shooting on the shooting ranges safe. This bachelor thesis should be used as a basis for ballistic analysis of a shooting range and also as a basis for the future IPSC shooting extensions.
