Nízkoenergetický bytový dům - stavebně technologický projekt

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zpracování stavebně technologického projektu nízkoenergetického bytového domu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – část pozemního stavitelství a část technologickou. V první části je zpracována zadaná výkresová dokumentace objektu pro stavební povolení. Navržené stavební konstrukce jsou popsány technickou zprávou. Pro vybrané konstrukce je zpracován tepelně-technický posudek. Druhá část popisuje řešení technologie realizace stropní konstrukce a zpracování položkového rozpočtu pro stropní konstrukce. Další součástí práce je zpracování zásad organizace výstavby pro provedení základů a spodní stavby. Součástí zásad organizace výstavby jsou výkresy situace zařízení staveniště.

Diploma thesis is focused on processing construction technological project of low-energy residential building. The work is divided into two parts – the part of building construction and part technological. The first part is processed by the specified object drawings for building permission. The proposed building structures are described in technical report. The thermal and technical assessments of heat is prepared for selected building structures. The second part describes the implementation of technology solutions to the ceiling structure and processing of itemized budget ceiling. The additional part of work includes processing principles governing the organization of construction for realization of foundations and substructures. The part of principles governing the organization of construction are drawings of the situation on the construction site.
