Analýza logistických procesů

Abstract

The subject of this paper - “Analysis of Logistics Processes” – is the analysis and assessment of the current state of selected logistics processes and proposal of measures for their improvement, thus yielding enhanced logistics services and cutting of logistics costs. Another objective is the assessment of the impact of proposed measures on the efficiency and optimization of logistics processes, including a realistic impact on the company’s economy. The paper is based on theory which describes the analyzed subject. Subsequently, the practical section presents the current status of monitored logistics indicators, followed by a proposal of specific measures leading to optimization of the processes and improvement of same logistics indicators.
