Abstract
The Bachelor Thesis deals with The Comparison of business loans and financial leasing in the Czech Republic. The thesis is focused on the characteristics of credit products and leases, their laws, key words and their advantages and disadvantages. The main aim of thesis is to compare loan and lease financing by three types of investments in selected companies and recommendations of optimal financing for investment. The main criterion for selection is the present value of the total cost of financing.
