Abstract

The theme of the diploma thesis is convenience stores analysis in the Czech retail market. The primary aim was to find out convenience stores known Czech consumers and position of customers to the business format. The secondary aim was to analyze and then comparing the factors set out in selected stores this type. The research was performed by using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The primary data was collected by a method of observing and inquiring. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The second charter includes a theoretical profiling and localization of the retail operating units. The third charter contains the characteristics of the retail network of the Czech Republic. The fourth charter is defined metodology for collecting research data. The fifth charter evaluates and interprets the results of primary inquiry. The results of this thesis can be used to maintain and growth popularity of convenience stores.
