Abstract

In the first part of this work I am reseraching about directing of human resources and about education and development of employee espacially in this case by theoretical way. I am expanding cycle of education, methods of education of modern personalistic too. The second part is dedicated to characterization of specific company. The main aim of my reserching is analyse of current situation of education and development of employees of this organization which is in analytic part. Important point of this analyse were interview and process observation. Based on this answers I designed suggestions and recommendations which can be effective contribution for company in form of improved satisfaction of employees not only with educational and progressional activities but with satisfaction with employment in whole.
