Vybrané aspekty řízení zásob v obchodní společnosti

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is an evaluation of the current state of supplies in the company EUTECH Ltd., focusing on its metal-working division in more detail. Also the supplying process of this division will be analyzed and, in case some flaws are found, possible improvements of the situation will be presented. The first part of the thesis focuses on theoretically-methodical findings concerning the issues of supply management and the determination of elemental terminology dealing with supplies. The next part focuses on the company EUTECH Ltd., its main business and the characterization of the business. The last part deals with the analysis of supplies in the mentioned company and its metal-working division is analyzed in more detail, especially focusing on the supplying process. In the conclusion of the work recommendations and solutions of the current situation of the supplying process are presented.
