The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the design and preparation of project documentation for a family house located on plot No. 2651/1 in the cadastral area of Slezská Ostrava. The documentation is developed to a level corresponding to the stage of construction execution and complies with applicable legislation, in particular Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation.

The design is based on an architectural study prepared within the studio course “Ateliérová tvorba 5” during the academic year 2025/2026. This study was subsequently further developed and expanded into the form of project documentation for a building permit.

The thesis includes both written and drawing documentation, which together address the architectural, structural, and technical aspects of the proposed building in accordance with the requirements of a bachelor’s thesis.
