Abstract

Subject of this dissertation work is the satisfaction of employees in selected primary schools. This dissertation work consists in two parts. The theoretical part describes job satisfaction, its features, factors, its meaning and implications. Practical part is focused on the analysis of satisfaction in four selected primary schools. In conclusion, recommendations are provided for the possible alternatives, which may lead to improved job satisfaction of employees.
