Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce „Podnik v podmínkách krize a jeho kapitálová strategie“ je rozbor příčin krize podniku a jejího dopadu na hospodaření, popis zamýšlených řešení kapitálové strategie. V praktické části jsou závěry finanční analýzy sloužící k hodnocení situace podniku, charakteristika skutečného stavu a následné možnosti řešení vedoucí změnou struktury kapitálu a tím ke změnám hodnot prováděných analýz. Formou změny struktury kapitálu nabízím peněžním i nepeněžním vkladem – zvýšením základního kapitálu a to kapitalizací pohledávky společníka za danou firmou.
