Náhrada niobu v mikrolegované oceli EN 10216-3; EN ISO 3183 určené k válcování trubek, za účelem zlepšení její tvařitelnosti

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the improvement of the quality of materials T28A and R28A by substitute niobium vanadium. In the first part of the diploma thesis are presented standards, quality, mechanical values and steel grades for seamles pipe production. ;In the next part the influences of elements contained in T28A and R28A, their effect on steel properties and behavior of elements in steel at forming temperatures are described. The final part is devoted to experimental knowledge, where the measured mechanical values are compared and the results of the tests are evaluated as well as possible recommendations for practice.
