Abstract

GILAROVÁ Veronika, Design of new use of former eye clinic in Stramberk, VŠB – TU Ostrava, Faculty of civil engineering, Department of urban construction and engineering Ostrava 2016, 59.p. Thesis supervisor: Ing. Natálie Szeligová The aim of the thesis is to design new use of former eye clinic in town Stramberk. In the first part of the work is made evaluation and description of current situation and there are written theoretical information related to the topic of work and problems of brownfields. The second part of work is focused on design of new use of grounds in accordance with masterplan, requirements of operators of engineering infrastructure and legislation. Planning study is designed in two variations. One of them is soluted with more details, especially with regard to barrier-free usage. The whole project of chosen variation is based on use of the processed building as a senior housing. Thesis involve assessment of costs.
