Komparace postojů generací X a Y v cestovním ruchu

Abstract

The theme of this thesis is the comparison of attitude of generation X and Y in the tourism. The first part describes the theoretical definitions of methodology and methods, structure and importance of tourism in the Czech Republic and intergenerational differences. The research is in the second part of the thesis and includes the analysis of attitudes of the generations X and Y. The research was realized by and electronic questionnaire survey and includes a sample of 316 respondents. The obtained data were further processed in the program Excel 2016. The results of research provided an interesting view of both generations. It has been found out how the views and attitudes of generation X and generation Y differ, or vice versa. Suggestions and recommendations at the end of the thesis are for entities of tourism mainly.
