Analýza realizace interních a externích auditů v organizaci z oblasti hutnictví

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of "The Analysis of internal and external audits implementation in the organisation in the sphere of metallurgy". The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyze carrying out internal and external audits, to evaluate the system efficiency, to deal with conclusions of individual audits and to suggest topics for possible improvements. The First part is devoted to QMS theoretical viewpoints. The general procedure of the auditing process, basic terminology, audit classification, the auditor´s professional profile are described. The practical part contains basic information on the company describing process management on implemented QMS and EMS, the procedure of carrying out internal audits, system efficiency and suggestion for improvement. The next part tackles auditing TŽ´s suppliers, the finaly assessment with tasks and recommendations. It must be stated that nowadays audits have been the inseparable part of the whole system for the reason of continuous improvement and increasing the level of fulfilling customers´ requirements.
