Abstract
The theoretical part describes the state social support system, including changes in the years 2005 - 2009 . Doses are compared before and after the reform of public finances in the district Vsetin in 2005 - 2009. The analytical part is focused on determining how to reform public finances reflected the payment of benefits and the use of funds to benefit the district Vsetin in 2005 - 2009, and how the reform affected fictitious family types. In conclusion, the results are evaluated and recommendations.
