Problematika výstavby příjezdových komunikací a chodníků v malých obcích

Abstract

The thesis evaluates small municipalities ability of finance the larger investment project in behalf of municipality development. The situation is described on example in Vrskmaň village, which has decided to build the access road together with the sidewalk for new housing project even if they are lack of financial resources. The thesis is aimed on explanation of ability how to use grant in aid as the resources provided from EU funds or the national resources. The first part is focused on functioning and structure of communities. The next chapter mention municipalities economy and describe doping title and possibilities of their implementation. Last part is describing example of the small municipalities local economy and solving the financial problem at the lowest level of selfgoverment in detail.
