Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the assessment of the employee education and development system in a selected organization. The aim is to analyze the current approach to employee professional development, identify the strengths and weaknesses of the system, and propose measures for improvement. The theoretical part defines key concepts in human resource management and describes the employee training and development cycle. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview, supplemented by an analysis of internal company documents. The results show that employees appreciate the organization's approach to education, but there are areas that could be improved, particularly in terms of training content personalization and systematic evaluation of training effectiveness.
