Porovnání dotací na odpadové hospodářství v obcích Sobotín a Petrov nad Desnou

Abstract

The Study deals with the system of accessing subsidies in the Czech Republic. The Theory describes subsidies as tools to finance a municipality, various types of subsidies, their resources, and the subsidy allocation process. The structure of the public administration and the system of waste management in the Czech Republic are also described. The study focuses on the municipalities of Petrov nad Desnou and Sobotín, and the subsidies they implemented in 2012-2017. The aim of the Study is to compare the operation of the two municipalities in their use of waste management subsidies won in the recent years. The Study compares the structure of the subsidies as well as activities of the municipalities in waste separation and variety of waste that the municipalities deal with.
