Dostavba zařízení a ploch jezdeckého areálu „Dvoreček“, Ostrava Kunčičky

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce navazuje na předešlou bakalářskou práci a má sloužit jako podklad pro vydání územního rozhodnutí o umístění stavby dle Přílohy č. 4 k vyhlášce č. 503/2006 Sb. Cílem diplomové práce je umístit a navrhnout jezdeckou halu pro koně s univerzálním využitím pro jeho uživatele a návštěvníky. Práce řeší napojení haly na stávající technickou infrastrukturu s vhodným začleněním ploch do okolí areálu. Diplomová práce se současně zabývá vhodným využitím dalších volných ploch za areálem, které by zkvalitnily stávající nevyhovující životní prostředí zájmového území, zatíženého těžbou nerostného bohatství z minulosti. Obě části diplomové práce jsou řešeny s ohledem na požadavky majitele areálu a pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace.

This thesis follows the previous bachelory thesis and should be the basis for edition of the territorial decision on the site location according to annex No. 4 of decree No 503/2006 Coll. The aim of this thesis is to design and place the riding hall for horses with a universal use for its users and visitors. The work deals the connection of the hall to the existing technical infrastructure with a suitable incorporating areas into surrounding area. The thesis also deals with appropriate use of other open spaces behind of the complex, which would refine the current inconvenient environment of the area of interest, loaded extraction of mineral wealth from the past. Both parts of the thesis are addressed with regard to the requirements of the owner of the premises and for persons with reduced mobility.
