Abstract

This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a web application for digital contract management tailored to clients of a financial advisor. The goal was to create a modern, secure, and user-friendly system that enables efficient storage and management of contractual documents. The backend of the application was developed in Java using the Spring Boot framework, while the frontend was built with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the Thymeleaf templating engine. MySQL was selected as the database solution, and documents are stored using the Amazon S3 cloud service. The system supports notifications, client-advisor relationship management, and is designed with future scalability in mind. Development was conducted following agile SCRUM principles. The result is a fully functional and scalable tool that reflects current demands for digital transformation in the financial advisory sector.
