Abstract
The thesis deals with the optimization of demand for necessary delivery in the system of economic measures for states of crisis. The work is divided into several chapters. First, it provides a general theoretical view on the issue, explaining what it is the system of economic measures for states of crisis and the plan of necessary supplies. Then the thesis deals with a specific optimization of plan for the necessary supplies for the municipality with extended power Vsetín. The final chapter assesses optimization and provides recommendations for processing optimal plans of necessary supplies for municipalities with extended powers.
