Návrh projektu vytvoření pobočky firmy BONO auto s.r.o.

Abstract

The aim of this work is to create a proposal to establish a branch of BONO auto, Ltd. In the first part I define basic concepts associated with the project and project management. Further on I specify theoretical and methodical basis. In the second part I analyse company’s current situation. I focus on car sale, servicing and project management. I work up a proposal of the project based on the data and theoretical knowledge gathered in the first part. The pre-project phase involves the study of opportunities, preliminary study of feasibility and a follow-up study of feasibility. Then comes the project phase. The project phase covers simulated start followed by project planning. The next phases are not the subjects of this work and I mention them only in the conclusion.
