Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the consumer behaviour analysis on the ski resorts market. The aim is follow the preferences of choosing the ski resort and to find out which factors matter in the selection of respondents. Research was conducted by questionnaire survey. The most important factor is quality of downhill courses and price of ski passes, chair lift is not too important. The most popular resort is a ski resort in Bílá. The most frequent source of information for the respondents are word of mouth. A lot of respondents is looking for information on the Internet. Three quarters of respondents use accommodation. From the obtained data were formulated proposals and recommendations for chosen resorts. The proposals were targeted to operators of ski resorts, hotel management and representatives of the village.
