Abstract

This thesis deals with market and administrative valuation of land. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate building and agricultural land and to compare their values achieved through the administrative and market valuation method in two different locations of Statutory cities of Olomouc and Přerov. In the theoretical part will be explained the procedure for achieving the determined price, which results from the Act on property valuation and the relevant valuation decree. Point of view the market valuation will be presented methods, revenue, cost and comparative. In the practical part, will be made an evaluation of a particular set of land, will be evaluated and analyzed resulting values achieved in individual methods of valuation. The intention of the thesis is also to assess the achieved values according to the influence of localities and a brief recommendation for improvement of existing practice. In this thesis there is, used the method of abstraction, analysis and comparison.
