Analýza zdrojů financování dlouhodobého majetku

Abstract

This work is focused to evaluate sources of funding of the fixed assets with a net present value based on NPV-Equity. In the theoretical part is characteristic of the long-term financing, internal and external sources of financing. In this part are also the methods of funding sources, especially the net present value method and further is described determine the costs of equity. In the practical part is briefly described the company and investment and is make self analysis of the various types of financing. In this part are calculated depreciation, costs of equity, next are calculated net present value each investment for variant financing from own resources, bank loan and finance leasing. Further is realized sensitivity analysis and multiple attribute decision. In conclusion is evaluating impacts on the company and is recommended the best option for financing of fixed assets of the company.
