Ekonomické posouzení investice podniku v oblasti telekomunikačních služeb

Abstract

This thesis deals with an economic assessment of ompany investment in the area of telecommunication services. The theoretical part is focused on investing methods and definition of the basic terms. The evaluated investment was the purchase of 100% ownership interest in company Erkor OSTRAVA, spol. s r.o. In the practical part the specific characteristics of the particular investment are described. Based on the theoretical part, parameters were evaluated which are in turn used to calculate specific criterias to evaluate the effectiveness of the investment. The effectiveness evaluation was focused on usage of dynamic criteria. The results of the methods used for evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment met all the criteria for the investment. The values found show that the realization of this project was the right decision.
