Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is the use of stakeholder analysis in strategic analysis. The work is processed only from a theoretical point of view. There is described development of company approach, strategic analysis, stakeholder approach and stakeholder analysis.
Part of this work is an example of a SWOT analysis for industrial company and
a suggestion of solution which stakeholder groups and how they should be involved
in the industrial company run.
