Analýza účetní závěrky společnosti CENTR GROUP, a.s.

Abstract

This Thesis analyses some items of the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement of CENTR GROUP, Inc. followed by the company financial analysis. Apart from Introduction and Conclusion, it consists of three main parts. The first of them describes company profile, as welll as its line of business on the field of civil security service, the organization chart and its staff. Moreover, close attention is paid to projects of company internal future development.The second part deals with theoretical preparation of financial statements.The last part examines company financial state. For this reason particular items of the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement obtained from annual record in 2010 are applied to certain methods of financial analysis. In the observed period were reported constant results of assessed indicators, although the company did not make profit, which mainly influenced indicators of profitability. On the other hand, the company has shown growing tendency to raise revenue thanks to providing some services, which can be also expected in the future.
