Investiční záměr firmy GUMOTEX, a.s.

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nejdůležitějšími metodami hodnocení investičních projektů. Největší důraz je kladen na čistou současnou hodnotu, vnitřní výnosové procento, index čisté současné hodnoty a diskontovanou dobu návratnosti. S investiční problematikou je spojeno také financování. I tímto tématem se práce zabývá. Teoretická východiska nastíněná v první části práce jsou následně aplikovány do praxe. Práce také hodnotí a analyzuje konkrétní reálný investiční projekt firmy Gumotex. Na základě této analýzy je v závěru práce podáno shrnutí a investiční doporučení.

This Bachelor's Thesis describes most important investment evaluation methods. It will pay the biggest attention to internal rate of return, net present value, discounted payback period and index of net present value. Investment evaluation is also connected with financing, which this thesis also describes. Theoretical knowledge will be applied in practical part of the thesis. Thesis also describes and analyzes real investment project of Gumotex, Inc.. Based on this analysis, a summary and investment recommendation will be made at the end of the thesis.
