Aplikace analýzy scénářů při hodnocení efektivnosti reálné investice

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the effectiveness of a real investment that a business company wants to implement. A trading company wants to invest in a wheeled tractor. Three scenarios are used in the evaluation, namely realistic, pessimistic and optimistic. Three variants of financing are used in the evaluation, namely debt-free, debt and debt with PGRLF support. The evaluation is carried out using the indicators NPV, IRR, IZ and discounted payback period. Furthermore, a sensitivity analysis of the NPV indicator is carried out in this work.
