Abstract

In the first part of this bachelor thesis I described the theoretical anchoring of the issue of treatment and processing of metal waste. There is mentioned legislation regulating the treatment of this type of waste. I have also mentioned in detail the treatment technologies used in this field. Nondestructive and destructive modifications of metal waste are explained in detail. In the second practical part, I am taking the example of TSR Czech Republic s.r.o. and its branch office in Ostrava-Polanka has examined how metal waste treatment is being carried out and with what results. An overview of the activities that take place in the premises is broken down. Contextually, corporate photos are inserted. I also mentioned lists of accepted waste. And also the machinery and handling equipment necessary to perform the activity. In the penultimate part are examined the means for detailed analysis of metals. In conclusion, I introduced the requirements of the metallurgical industry, which significantly affect the issue of treatment and processing of metallic waste.
