Abstract

Issue of security the receivables of the company Slévárny Třinec, a.s. is topic of this graduation theses. The aim is to evaluate the security of claims in society, analyze the current situation and propose a procedure, which would lead to the improvement of the current situation. The theoretical part deals with the management of receivables, hedging policy and enforcement. The practical part is devoted to the analysis in trade receivables in the company and analysis followers. Foundry’s customers are divided into groups according to their annual turnover. Based on the identified information, for the elaboration of guideline the proposals are expressed to receivables management.
