Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the employees education and development system in the selected organization. I have chosen this topic because in today's fast changing world its issues are crucial. The objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the current status of the employee education and development system in the selected organization, to find out the satisfaction, opinions and needs of the employees on the current education and development system and to suggest recommendations to the organization for possible improvement of their current education and development system and to ensure greater employee satisfaction. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the theoretical background of employee education and development, which are obtained from professional publications. The practical part deals with the analysis of the education and development system of employees in a specific organization, where information are obtained from the study of internal documents, a questionnaire survey among the employees of the organization and a semi-structured interview with an employee of the HR department. The thesis concludes by suggesting recommendations to the organisation based on the research, that could help to improve their current education and development system and ensure greater employee satisfaction.
