Abstract

This diploma thesis is concerned with the fulfillment of the requirements to ensure the safety and health at work relating to the legal and the other regulations in situations where employees of two or more employers perform work tasks in one workplace in the organization DIAMO state enterprise, branch Quarrying uranium in Straz pod Ralskem. The aim of this thesis is to propose a directive which provides a uniform procedure for solving mentioned problems and simultaneously respects the already established quality system in the organization. The draft directive was drawn up after the previous assessment of the dangers created by own organizations’ activities so with respect to dangers as well which may arise from the extraneous bodies’ activities in the organizations’ workplaces.
